In Release builds, noclip mode still causes collision with ladders

Summary:

**In release builds, one of the MOST useful features is the "No-Clip" mode that can be toggled using F2. This allows you fly through any block without collision. However, if you are flying down and encounter a ladder, the player will stop moving as if it is stuck on the ladder.

 

Impact:

Makes the noclip mode less useful in areas with ladders.

 

Repro Steps:

1. Place down a pillar of ladders

2. Fly directly above them.

3. Press F2 to activate NoClip

4. Hold down shift to start flying down.

5. Observe the issue when you reach the ladders.

 

Observed Results:

**The player stops on the ladders.

Expected Results:

The player continues down unimpeded.
