[Affecting Live Content] Cutoff for formatted text changed in beta 1.6

Summary: Formatted text gets cut off sooner than in previous versions, even with the smallest gui scale modifier of -1.

Impact: This impacts the user experience in Jurassic Depths, which heavily relies on text to communicate with the player. With this bug there is now no way for the player to avoid missing parts of important messages.

Repro steps:

1. Using a device with a 1080p screen, download Jurassic Depths from the store and open it.
2. Set your gui scale to as low as possible, namely -1.
3. Press the button on the gold block on the ground in front of you.

Observed results: The word `Enjoy` is cut off, although it can be seen when you open chat.

Expected results: The entire message is visible.
