Summary: Upcoming map causes an assertion (Assertion failed: Invalid Attribute Requested!).

Impact: An assertion appears when walking around the map.

Repro Steps:

1. Download and import the world (posted on Slack)
2. Run this command: `/tp 1317 73 1378`
3. Assert should be displayed

Observed Results: An assertion appears and the game client completely freezes.

Expected Results: An assertion should not appear.
