[1.7 Affecting Live Content] Main Robot in Logic0 sometimes gets killed after starting a new level.

Summary: After completing a level in Logic0, there is a chance that the main robot will be killed immediately after it is spawned for the next level. There is a command block responsible for killing the robot, but in previous versions it would run and stop running before the robot was spawned.
Impact: This will negatively affect the player experience for Logic0 in the future, and implies that something subtly changed with command execution in the new beta which could have wider repercussions.
Repro Steps:
- Open Logic0.
- Press the green play button.
- Following the solutions available at htpp://everbloomstudios.com/maps/logic0/solutions/, place the blocks in your inventory according to the specified layout for each level and pull the green 'run' lever after each one.
- After completing each level, check if the main (orange) robot has been spawned.
Observed Results: Sometimes when first loading a level there is no main robot.
Expected Results: The main robot appears at the start of every level, like in the current released version of the game.
