Vindicator axe is not in hand (wrong offset because of HD texture)

> Summary:
Vindicator axe is not positioned correctly in right hand when using textures above 16x native resolution. The higher the resolution is, the more wrong offset is used to position axe in hand.

> Impact:
It's wrong and ugly.

> Repro Steps:
1. Use PureBDcraft or any RP with HD textures
2. Spawn a Vindicator
3. go to survival mode

> Observed results:
The higher the resolution is, the more the axe is badly offset-ed.
=> Not really visible in 32x, visible in 64x, very visible in 128x and SUPER wrongly visible in 256x

> Expected results:
Axe should be positioned correctly in right hand
