[blocking] can_float:true doesn't work on some movement behaviors
Verification builds: Release 924386 - 1.5.0.4 BETA
Summary: can_float:true not honored on the movement "minecraft:navigation.float" for bats, blaze, & ghast
Repro Steps:
- Download the 'super behavior bug test time' (tm) map from Greg on Slack
- summon any of the listed mobs
- get the mob into the water
- You can tame them with beetroot if you want to ride them into the water
Observed Results:
- Bat, Ghast and Blaze do not float in water and just chill in it and drown.
Expected Results: using can_float should make them float like it does on other mobs.
Impact: this impacts the release of my map which has been discussed with Greg
