using §k in command block names doesnt scramble

Verification builds: Release 920093 - 1.5.0.3 BETA
Summary: Using §k in command block names doesnt scramble and it gets stuck while you're looking at it instead of continually scrambling like everywhere else.

Repro Steps:
1. Download the repro world attached or put "§ktest" in the name of a command block
2. look at the command block

Observed Results: The text is static and doesn't change until you open a menu or close and open the game again.

Expected Results: text should scramble continually.

Impact: the effect is very useful to show damaged computers and other effects in game and is used to great effect in Mutant Battle Arena.
