Cake slices show incorrect texture after first bite

Verification builds: RC 1.4.1.0 891562

Summary:
After eating the first slice of cake, the following slices use the cake_side.png rather than cake_inner.png

Impact:
This deviates from Java, and also affects the player's experience

Repro Steps:

1. Create a new World in Survival mode with Cheats enabled
2. Open world and type "/give @s cake"
3. Place cake on the ground
4. Type the command "/effect @s hunger 5 100" and run around to lose hunger
5. Right click the cake once and observe
6. Right click the cake once more and observe again

Expected Results:
The cake_inner.png texture should be used for all cake slices
