Summary: Teleportation activates redstone

Repro Steps:
1. Download Present Run from the store
2. Play the Japan Level
3. Try and teleport while running over the first teleportation pad

Check slack mco_blockception for video file as it was too large

Observed Results: You will be teleported right back as when you teleport forward you activate the Redstone underneath your foot
Expected Results: You shouldn't activate the Redstone

Impact: Makes the game super hard and confusing to play as you keep getting rubber banded in some teleportation areas.
