Transforming entities into lighting creates a ghost lightning

Summary: Using behaviros to transform entities into lightning works, but then the lighting created does no damage and doesnt properly dissappear. On world reload lightning will strike the same spot again.
Repro Steps:
1) Edit skeleton behavior to transform into lightning.
2) or Load up the attached lightning bugs world.
3) press the button to spawn a skeleton
Observed Results: the skeleton will turn into lightning after a certain amount of time but doesnt make a sound. but if you then reload the world, lightning strikes the same spot again and this time makes a sound indicating some weird ghost lightning.
Expected Results: the skeleton should turn into a lightning bolt, the lightning should strike the ground normally with a sound and on world reload there should be no more lightning.
