[MCM-225] [Affects Live Content/Vanilla] Bow animates to the wrong side

Summary:
The bow animates to the left instead of the right.

Impact:
It's really hard to see what you're shooting at sometimes. Also, it's just wrong.

Repro Steps:
1. Open world
2. Get bow
3. Draw it back

Observed Results:
Bow is pulled back and to the left

Expected Results:
Bow is pulled back and to the right
