Summary: A command block orientated horizontally has the bottom face pointing the wrong way.

IMPACT: In Stranded in Space, the bottom face has been retextured to have animated stars shooting across them. Orientation is obviously very important in this case, since it is broken the introduction looks bad and as the players first experience with the map will immediately think that I did something wrong or didnt test my map properly before releasing. This is to say nothing of the difficulty a mistake like this causes. As everyone is aware, command blocks are integral to the minecraft and being unable to tell the direction if youre looking at a command block from below could cause major issues during development.

Repro Steps:
1. place a command block on its side.
2. look at the underside of it.

Observed Results: The arrow on the command block underside is pointing the wrong way

Expected Results: The arrow on the command block underside should be pointing the right way.
