[BLOCKING LIVE CONTENT] /clear will succeed incorrectly

Summary: /clear will succeed if you have multiple items in your mouse "slot" even if those items don't match the clear settings

Repro Steps:
1. Open the attached repro map
2. put an apple in your mouse "slot" and see the command succeed correctly
3. put a stack of 2 or more of ANY item in your mouse "slot"

Observed Results: clear command runs like crazy even if the items in your mouse slot have nothing to do with the clear command. Only does it on stacks of 2 or more, not single items.

Expected Results: The clear command to do nothing unless it finds the item it's supposed to be clearing.

Impact: Infinity plumber uses this method to unlock equipment. It will clear an item, and if successful it will put items into your equipment box. If clear doesn't work the way it's supposed to it breaks everything.
