Summary: In-game map borders in item frames are not rendered when joining a multiplayer server.

Repro Steps:
Load mcworld attached to this bug
Enable Multiplayer
Join from a other client to the created Multiplayer server
Observe the borders on the in-game map

Observed Results:
When middle clicking the items in creative the borders disappear.

Expected Results:
In-game map borders are properly rendered.
