Pressure Plates + Buttons aren't data driven

Summary:
I cannot use the sounds.json to change the sound reference for buttons or pressure plates. These are hard-coded to use the random.click sound which is also used for UI button clicks.

Impact:
Cannot change the sound of pressure plates or buttons without changing the UI button click sound along with it. These should be seperate.

Notes:
Haven't included any more in-depth info on this, because I think this is all the info that's needed.
