"summon bat" results in addon bat being summoned, not minecraft bat

Summary:

"summon bat" results in addon bat being summoned, not minecraft bat. it's possible not including the namespace summons other addon mobs rather than the vanilla counterpart but i could not reproduce this with "zombie"

Impact:

can confuse players or impact players custom maps if they use the summon command with an addon and dont specify minecraft:

Repro Steps:

1. Download Battle Mutants Addon
2. make a world
3. be in creative mode
4. open the addon guide by right clicking it
5. open settings
6. change "spawn naturally" to ANYTIME
7. press submit
8. do summon bat

Observed Results:

the bat from the battle mutants addon gets summoned

Expected Results:

the minecraft bat should be summoned
