Summary:
In any chat window, ctrl+a to select all, then immediately typing a character puts the chat cursor behind the character typed.

Impact:
Not at all blocking, just an inconvenience while developing content. This appeared sometime around last October, but it wasn't significant in comparison to other issues at the time so I held off entering it.

Repro Steps:
1. Open a world on a PC
2. Press t to open chat
3. Type some characters
4. Ctrl+a (this selects the chat in the box, although it isn't shown in the UI)
5. Type a character. Notice that the cursor is now behind the character you've typed
6. Type another character. Notice it appears behind the first character instead of after it

A good way to show this is to do ctrl+a, then type "hi". The text box will display "ih" instead.

Observed Results:
Characters appear behind the first character typed.

Expected Results:
The cursor should properly appear after the letter that clears the chat.

Note: This does not happen if you do ctrl+a and then delete the selection before typing.
