OreUI - Partner Build error "Create from template is only available in the release version of Minecraft"

Summary: "Create from Template" button in Ore UI inconsistently fails to create templates.

Affects currently Live Content: No (but hinders our QA ability)

Impact: Partner Build users are unable to reliably create templates in Ore UI, affecting content creation and QA workflows.

Repro Steps:

1. Open the "Play" screen (Ore UI version).
2. Press the "Create from Template" button.
3. Observe "Not available" pop-up dialog.

Observed Results: The button fails to create templates in some attempts, with inconsistent success. Attempts 3, failure rate 2/3 (~66% fail rate).

Expected Results: Pressing "Create from Template" should reliably create templates on every attempt. Partner Build should have access to create from template to QA our content during development and prior to submission to Auger.

• Signed in to MSA account.

• Network functioning normally.

• Able to access the Marketplace, no connectivity issues.

• Logs do not seem to show any detail related to this error.
