Repro Steps:

1. open marketplace creator tycoon
2. look at 174 21 372

Expected Results: The shelves should be empty

Observed Results: The shelves have golden trophies on them

Additional reproduction: in addition, structures containing the older trophies in them are placed as a generic skull too instead of the one they were saved at.

do "/structure load mmt:trophy_1 174 21 372" (silver) or "/structure load mmt:trophy_2 174 21 372" and note that they are the same, even though the structure itself contains the unique skulls because they are upgrading all minecraft:skull to regular skeleton skulls instead of the unique skulls as determined by the SkullType of the BlockActor Data
