Summary
Any marketplace map containing particles is currently having a visual bug where the images are skewed out of proportion. 
I was giving some of our new content a test and noticed the images on the walls and the starting graphics of the map appeared incorrectly on MC V1.21.40.25.
This only happens on 1.21.40.25 (latest preview) and not on the live build 1.21.31.04 
This also does not happen on the exact same maps when testing on the Xbox Series X on the same preview build. 

Impact
The products quality is impacted negatively

Repro Steps

1. Download and start up the map Dungeons and Dragons from the Marketplace
2. Walk up to the start button located in front of the player
3. Press the button to begin the map or look up at the graphic on the wall to see the issue reported 
4. The player can go down the staircase after pressing the button 3 times and will notice the particles on the walls are all skewed as well. 

Repro Rate
Tested and reproducible four out of four times

Observed Results
The player will see the images are all askew and the products quality will be impacted negatively
