Summary: A "disable screenshot flash" toggle is missing in the in-game settings, which can be harmful to users with photosensitivity.

Impact: The flash can trigger photosensitive reactions, such as epilepsy or migraines, potentially presenting a safety risk for affected players.

Repro Steps:

1. Capture a screenshot in-game.
2. Observe the bright flash on the screen.
3. Check the in-game settings menu and options.txt file for a toggle to disable the flash (none exists).

Observed Results:

1. A bright flash occurs when a screenshot is taken, with no option to disable it.
2. On mobile, the toast message is covered by the emote/chat/menu button.
3. The height of the toast is taller than it needs to be.

Expected Results: Settings should include a toggle to disable the flash for players sensitive to sudden bright lights. The toast indicating a screenshot has been taken is more than enough to indicate a captured screenshot.

Notes:

• The flash is particularly bad when the player is immersed in somewhere dark (when it is night, in a cave, deep dark, the end, etc)
• I do not consider this a feature request; it's a critical piece of missing functionality that should have been in this release that is paramount to player safety.
