Summary: Dropdowns in modal forms do not scroll to the previously selected option when reopened.

Impact: Users must manually scroll to the selected item again when reopening a dropdown, making long lists tedious to navigate and frustrating to use.

Repro Steps:

1. Create a modal form with a dropdown containing a long list of options.
2. Select an option from the middle or end of the list.
3. Click the dropdown again to change the selection.
4. Observe the scroll position of the dropdown.

Observed Results: The dropdown does not automatically scroll to the selected option so the player can easily change their selection, requiring the user to manually scroll through the list again. The list also does not smoothly scroll with the mouse wheel either.

Expected Results: The dropdown should automatically scroll to the selected option when reopened, making it easier to modify the selection.
