Repro Steps:

1. Create a modal form with two dropdowns.
2. Select an option from the first dropdown.
3. Move to the second dropdown and select an option.
4. Observe the visual state of the first dropdown.

Observed Results: The first dropdown remains highlighted (green) after moving focus to the second dropdown.

Expected Results: The first dropdown should lose focus and not remain highlighted when the second dropdown is selected.
