Cocoa Block with HD texture

Summary:
Cocoa bean block is badly displayed with HD textures.

Impact:
It's wrong and ugly. Some players also reported giant cocoa bean block (instead of flat colored block)

Repro Steps:
1. Find jungle tree
2. Put cocoa bean on jungle trunk
3. Check all growth stage with bone meal

Observed results:
The cocoa bean block has wrong texture or wrong size.

Expected results:
Same Cocoa bean blocks as Java version.
