Summary: Number slider on Modal Forms is inaccurate and jumps to a different value after selection.

Impact: The number selected on the slider changes unexpectedly after releasing the mouse button, leading to inconsistent input values.

Repro Steps:

1. Open a UI with a number slider (we used a step count of 5).
2. Select a value by dragging the slider.
3. Release the mouse button without moving the mouse.
4. Observe that the slider updates and the value 'jumps' from what was displayed prior to releasing the mouse button.

Observed Results: The number jumps to a different value than the one indicated when the mouse button was released.

Expected Results: The slider should remain at the value shown on the label when the mouse button is released. The player will be watching the label, and will release the scrolling handle when at the value of their choosing. If the value changes after releasing the mouse button this is poor UX.
