- Repro Steps
- Step 1: download the Planes Add-on by Kreatik Studios from the Minecraft Marketplace on Nintendo Switch (crash also happens on some iOS and Android devices)
- Step 2: Load the add-on
- Step 3: Game will crash upon loading, or while playing
- Repro Rate
- Attempted 3 times on Android, could not replicate. It is most often occuring on Switch devices, based on the feedback we get from users via Compass Excel. Repro rate 2/4.
- Observed Results
- the game crashes upon loading the add-on, and the software closes
- Expected Results
- the game loads the add-on correctly and does not crash the game
- Screenshots / Videos attached: Yes/No Yes, A screenshot of the issue on Switch upon loading the add-on that we got via email from a user who purchased the pack, with the error message translated from Chinese to English, is attached.
- Regression Builds The crash appeared since launch of the product and has always been there and didn't work in any version. Tested in 1.20 and up
- Notes We were not able to replicate this issue ourselves, and it seems that Cert didn't flag anything unusual either during the review process, other than graylisting on low-tier devices.
