2. Observe that sometimes the screenshot carousel doesn't load correctly.

Observed Results:

Screenshot carousel doesn't reliably load when images are not cached, or take longer than unusual to load. I have seen this happen on 3 different devices, on both Windows 11 and Mac OS.

Expected Results:
The screenshot carousel should load correctly, irrespective of cache or load time.
