Repro Steps:

1. Open Marketplace.
2. Set GUI scale in settings to the smallest possible setting (-2).
3. Go to the dressing room UI.
4. Observe the featured skin packs at the bottom, which render oddly.

Observed Results:
Each key art button is rendered at an incorrect size, leading to overlapping title text and partially obscured key art. Additionally, the panel isn't clipped, causing images to escape the panel boundary, making it look buggy and unintentional.

Expected Results:
The featured skin packs should be rendered as smaller tiles that do not escape the bounds of the box and do not cover up the title text.
