[Storefront] "Creators" filter takes 19 seconds to appear on screen!

Impact:

It takes almost 20 seconds for the list of creator names to appear in the Marketplace search UI.

Repro Steps:

1. Click "Filters".
2. Select "Creators".
3. Wait.

Observed Results:
Loading the "Creators" filter is extremely slow. Furthermore, this lag happens every time this filter is clicked. The client freezes while this UI is loading. This lag may prevent creators from clicking this filter again in future, meaning they aren't searching for their favorite creators.

Expected Results:
When a player clicks a search filter, it should not freeze the game for 20 seconds.
