Dogs Add-On can not be applied to a Realm. Shows a "Some of the selected content could not be applied" error.

Impact:

Our Dogs Add-On cannot be applied to a Realm. Several customers have expressed frustration that the Realms UI does not allow them to apply the Add-On they just purchased.

Repro Steps:

1. Edit a Realm
2. Attempt to add Dogs Add-On https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/marketplace/pdp?id=e9479729-5d15-4c8a-8437-fa4dda16faed 
3. Observe that the error says "Some of the selected content could not be applied".

Observed Results:
Add-On can not be applied to Realm. But other Add-Ons can be applied.

Expected Results:
The Add-On should be applied to the Realm.

Fiddler screenshot:

Network traffic shows a 404 Not Found error with a zero body response when the Add-On was added to the Realm (as seen in the logs on GitHub Gist). This suggests a server-side issue preventing the pack from being applied to the players' Realm. Other Add-Ons apply successfully, indicating a potential ingestion issue with this specific pack, or a services problem with the Realms API.
