Repro Steps:

1. Download Simburbia
2. press creative mode button from the 3 options in front of you
3. press start
4. use the paint brush on the road

Observed Results: the paintbrush does not change the texture on the road (or other blocks like it)

 

Expected Results: the blocks texture should cycle as intended.
