Repro Steps:

1. Download Simburbia
2. do /tp @s 247 58 69 0 0
3. look at the blocks

Observed Results: The images are rotated upside down under certain circumstances. either the uv mapping is stuffed or the geometry is stuffed. either way it is incorrect

Expected Results: the blocks should look as they were intended.
