Impact:
has huge impact marketplace wide on any map that has custom blocks not just for maps but for players who used those blocks in their own worlds for contraptions.

Repro Steps:

1. Download Simburbia
2. press one of the buttons in front of you
3. replace it with cobblestone
4. put a button on it
5. press the button

Observed Results:the button doesn't trigger the command block unless it's a vanilla block

Expected Results:the button should trigger the command block just as it has in the past. the block should transmit redstone using current block format or using the old block format
