Telelanterns Add-On not putting update on a Realm

Summary:
Our update for Telelanterns Add-On is live on the store. When attaching the add-on to a local world it runs our update. When attaching the add-on to a Realm, it will only run the previous version.

Impact:
We've already received several reports that our add-on will not run the update on players' Realms. The update was extremely important as it included a a fix for a duplication glitch and some key new features we wanted players to have access.

Repro Steps:
1. Download Telelanterns Add-On
2. Attach it to a local world
3. Open guide book (/give @s ldz_231023:instruction_book)
4. On local world, the update patch is active, the correct book reads v1.1.0 on the top of the server UI.
5. Attach the same marketplace add-on to a Realm
6. Open guide book (/give @s ldz_231023:instruction_book)
7. On the Realm, the update is not active. The book shows the original title, missing the v1.1.0 header

Observed Results:
The local add-on is updated. The Realms add-on is not.

Expected Results:
Using the add-on in a Realm should have the same update as local worlds
