Summary:

The Dynamic World tag on product display pages is not localised so appears to players as `tag.dynamic_world`

Impact:

Players may be confused by the tag looking different to other tags.

Repro Steps:

Launch Minecraft
Open the Marketplace
Find any Dynamic World content, ie in the Dynamic World row or search for "Realism Craft"
Expand the description
Look at tags
Observe issue

Observed Results:

Dynamic world tag is not localised and displays as tag.dyanmic_world

Expected Results:

All tags / player facing strings are localised.
