[Clear player data] option in debug file Manangent is not present

There is no official way to clean up player data.
Verification builds: 1.20.71, 1.20.72
Regression Builds: 1.20.62.01
Summary: When submitting content to Auger, we always clear player data so no lingering player data is left.
Repro Steps:
Create a new world
Save/Quit the world
Go to Debug in the world settings
Scroll to the bottom and look under File Management
Observed Results:
The option to Clear player data is not present under File Management
Expected Results:
The option to Clear player data is present under File Management
