Glow sheep are invisible in ALL THE WOOL on certain devices/versions

Verification Builds: I havn't been able to verify, but players have reported multiple times. One on PS5 another on PC 1.20.62 (i have not been able to repro on that build though)
 
Regression Builds: works on every build i have, 1.20.60, 1.20.62 1.20.70, etc
 
Summary: Glow sheep are invisible in ALL THE WOOL on certain devices/versions
 
Impact: addons are a new content type, when bugs like this appear in this early phase it's important to figure out why they're happening and solve them so we dont run into long term disengagement.
 
Repro Steps:
1. Download the addon ALL THE WOOL
2. Summon a glow sheep
 
Repro Rate: I havnt been able to repro
 
Observed Results: The glow sheep and egg is invisible
 
Expected Results: The glow sheep should be visible

Notes:

There is likely some error being reported that is causing the glow sheep from not appearing on these platforms as it seems to be the entity file on the resource pack side failing. the entity still exists in the world and is shearable and acts as normal but it's invisible. i suspect a parsing error or something else on the resource pack.
