[Affecting LIVE Content] §r isn't resetting color.

Release_749880 from 1.2.13.6

Summary: §r is supposed to reset all formatting and has done so for all versions up until this one where it stopped resetting the color.

Impact: This impacts every sign that used the §r formatting code live on the store which can result in unreadable signs, incorrectly formatted signs and more. As it is one of the very few methods we have to convey information to players, it is of paramount importance that we are able to use it correctly.

Repro Steps:
1) Type §l§2This is green and bold text §r and this should not be green or bold into a sign.
2) Look at the sign

Observed Results: The green and other colors continue past the §r

Expected Results: The §r should clear all formatting including the color.
