Summary: hud command doesn't hide player status icons or item tooltips
 
Impact: makes the new feature less useful and results in requiring json ui editing or resource pack editing which causes global changes
 
Repro Steps:
1. Eat an enchanted apple
2. do /hud @s hide all
 
Repro Rate: 100%
 
Observed Results: The player status effect icons and item tooltips (when scrolling through hotbar) stay visible.
 
Expected Results: Hide all should hide all the hud elements including player status icons and item tooltips
