Summary:

When playing Gamemode One's Bloom players can not progress through the golden path as flowers no longer grow after being planted. 

Impact:

This content is currently live on the marketplace and has over 50k reviews. Players are no longer able to complete the golden path

Repro Steps:

1. Download the content "Greggo's Game-O" from the marketplace
2. Start the game by walking forward along the path and interacting with the start entity [656
   22 -1322]
3. Collect the tools
   1. Watering Can is found near the entrance to the cottage, on a flower bed [-64 16 -88].
   2. Trowel is found in thee corner of the garden near the shed [-77 16 -113].
   3. Pruners is found on the flowerbed near the hedge [-25 16 -101].
4. Use the Pruner to gather Clippings from the wild plants around you.
5. Interact on soil on the raised planter beds with the trowel
6. Interact with a plant clipping to plant it
7. Water it
8. Increase simulation scale with page up or `/simscale 10` 
9. Observe Issue

Observed Results:

Bloom plants do not grow, even with simulation scale increased to it's maximum.

Expected Results:

Plants tick and grow, requiring watering and giving players magic pollen after growing.
