Client no longer responds to mouse clicks in 1.20.40+

5. Summary: Client no longer responds to mouse clicks. This happens in many areas of the client, not just in the Minecraft Marketplace UI. We've seen this happen in NPC dialogues, pause menu, and scripting UI. Issue is not on one machine as multiple team members are having this issue.
6. Impact: Impacts being able to use the Minecraft client without closing the client fully. Users are likely to have this issue too.
7. Repro Steps:
   Step 1: Use the client normally. Observe that sometimes mouse clicks stop registering.
8. Observed Results: Button clicks are no longer registered.
9. Expected Results: Button clicks should register.
