Command block texture has one arrow reversed

Disregard this. I was originally unable to find a report of this by searching in the MCPE project, but I have since found one and apparently it has already been fixed.

Verification builds:
Build 332621 (and many previous)

Summary:
Command block textures have the arrow going in the wrong direction on one side for horizontally-facing command blocks.

Repro Steps:
1. Place any command block facing any direction other than up and down
2. Note that one side has the arrow facing in the reverse direction

Observed Results:
The arrow on either the North or East side is facing the wrong direction

Expected Results:
The arrow should be facing the direction of the command block
