Verification Builds: 1.20.12 on all platforms (iOS, Android, Xbox, Windows 10)

Regression Builds: 1.20.12, and the week before 09/05/2023 is when it was last working.

Summary: The Featured Realms+ World Templates section now shows only 1 map instead of 3, negatively affecting visibility for Realms+ Partners.

Impact:
This bug is highly impactful as it grants an unfair advantage to the one team whose map is still being featured. It also significantly reduces the visibility and potential revenue for other partners when it should be showing 3 random ones like it normally does, including us, whose maps are no longer displayed in the Featured World Realms+ Templates section for Realms+.

Repro Steps:
1. Open Minecraft UI
*2. *Navigate to the world-create menu.
*3. *Observe the Featured Realms+ World Templates section.

Observed Results:
Only one map is currently being displayed in the Featured World Templates section.

Expected Results:
Three maps should be displayed in the Featured World Templates section, as has been the case historically, and randomly chosen per UI instance.

Notes:
The issue has been observed across all platforms. It appears to be a global issue rather than restricted to a specific region. No other particular conditions like Xbox Live account status seem to affect this bug.
