[MCM-1691] all concrete powder colors turn to white

Summary: all concrete powder colors turn to white

Impact: Blocks being reverted to white completely changes the look of a map destroying all the hard work that goes into building a map design. As well as other possible reprocussions like being unable to progress in maps that rely on certain colors or data values.

Repro Steps:

Open it
Look at the ground

Observed Results: All of the concrete powder has turned white

Expected Results: ** The lobby should be a bunch of different colored concrete powders
