Our map is crashing while loading on PS5 and Switch. 

Impact:
The Minecraft map is new and successful, but it has received negative feedback from many users, which puts both us and the Minecraft Marketplace in a negative light. In addition, we fear a decrease in rankings and sales due to misleading ratings.

Repro Steps:

1. Buy the map
2. Open the map on Switch or PS5
3. The game is crashing while loading the map
