Summary: Maps covered in black where they previously were covered in land.

Impact: Makes maps not readable. Impacts vanilla as well as marketplace maps which can rely on maps as a way to explore and get around making them not useable.

Observed Results: The maps have large black squares on them covering the environment.

Regression Builds: Was last working in 1.19.80.20 and everything before it.

Notes: Probably occurred when they did the world changes in 1.19.80.21... like the rest of the bugs ive been reporting.
