Summary: Old style signs using bright text are now dull and unreadable.
Impact: Makes signs almost unreadable which is terrible for player experience where people with difficulty reading will have an even harder time being able to read the sign and miss valuable information.

This affects every map that uses colored signs pre glow ink... Which is a lot.

Repro Steps:
1. Download and install Barnyard Battle Arena
2. Use the following command: /tp -32.7 69.5 -56.5 -138 -10
3. Use eyes to have brain interpret the image on screen
Repro Rate: 10/10
Observed Results: The signs that were previous vibrant and readable are now dull and unreadable.
Expected Results: The signs should be properly readable as intended.

Regression Builds: Was last working in 1.19.80.21 and everything before it.
Notes: Probably occurred when they added the ability to wax signs and they forgot to add compatibility for these pre glow ink signs.
