hasitem does not read data values

   • The command "hasitem" selector does not evaluate the data value supplied.

   • We are unable to evaluate if players have items with data values in their inventory without huge 200+ line functions.

1. Repro Steps
   • Step 1: Run /give @s stained_glass 1 5
   • Step 2: Run /say @a[hasitem=\{item=stained_glass,data=14}]

   • 100% reproduction rate.
3. Observed Results
   • The player's name is outputted in chat.
4. Expected Results
   • The command throws an error as no player in the world has Red Stained glass, only Lime Stained Glass.
