1.19.70.22 Breaks our unreleased content.

Summary
On some very important unreleased and upcoming content there is an issue that does not occur on 1.19.70.21 that now occurs on 1.19.70.22 that breaks the map and makes the content unplayable. The issue seems to be right at the start of the map. There is an NPC that is talking during the intro and then they just stop mid-sentence, that did not happen before. Also, some particles on the wall disappear and reappear at the same time on the wall behind them, and that is not intended. I am sending a video to Greg Walls comparing both 1.19.70.21 and 1.19.70.22
 
Impact
Map breaking bug, player is unable to progress.
 
Observed Results
After pressing the start button the player listens to the woman speaking and then the woman stops abruptly mid-sentence. This then leaves the player stuck not being able to interact with anything or progress any further.
 
Expected Results
The player presses the start button, and the woman begins speaking, they then ask the player to find a seat to begin the adventure.
 
Repro Steps # Start up a fresh copy of the provided map sent to Greg Walls

1. Press the button at your feet located on the gold block twice, then walk out of the room and down into the basement.
2. Walk up to the golden block and press the button to start the map.
3. Listen and when the narrator gets to "give you an experience of what that may feel like" she then will stop talking mid-sentence. Observe that you are not soft locked.
