Some of the rides on the map WDW are not working as intended and making the carts turn sideways. 

Summary:
Some of the rides on the map WDW are not working as intended and making the carts on some rides turn sideways. 
Big Thunder Mountain, Snow white and the seven dwarves, and space mountain do not work correctly the cart goes sideways
These 3 rides all have a fast ride function and this will happen on the fast sections of these rides. It seems it no longer has the cart attempt to rotate to align with the invisible minecart.

Impact:
The carts turning in the opposite direction as the turns of the ride make the ride feel incorrect and break player immersion. It may also make the customers feel the map is lower quality than they are used to from both Disny and our brand.

Regression Builds:
1.19.51.01

Observed Results:
This issue only happens on the fast rides of this map it will not happen to the other rides

Expected Results:
That the carts feel more immersive and like the real attractions that they are emulating and not spin and go sideways when arriving to one of the fast turn sections of the ride.

Notes:
From the Maps Developer
A couple things are going on:

• The rotation of the minecart is not being applied to the rider (the cart we actually see). I recall this was a very hacky workaround since the rider used to face either of the sides of the minecart, not the front. But now it looks like it's not changing at all as the minecart moves.
• The minecarts are now zig-zagging on corner rails instead of moving diagonally in a straight line like they used to before.

Repro Steps:
Turn of creator features and activate cheats before starting the map.
Open up a fresh copy of the map Minecraft Walt Disney World by Everbloom Games
Enter the following command
/function warp/btmr
Start the ride and wait for it to reach one of the fast turn sections of the map
See that the cart goes side ways during the turns of these rides. 

Repro:
Windows 10 reproduced  4/4 times.
